Preparation
In a bowl add the edamames with the pea, the onion cambray, the leaves of parsley, the mint leaves.
Add the yellow lemon juice and the yellow lemon peel cut into strips.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix well so that the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
Serve and enjoy.
