Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups edamame, bleached
  • 1 cup pea, bleached
  • 1/2 cups onion stem chambray, cut into aritos
  • 1/2 cups parsley
  • 1/2 cups peppermint
  • 1/4 cups yellow lemon juice
  • 1 yellow lemon, cut the skin into thin strips
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl add the edamames with the pea, the onion cambray, the leaves of parsley, the mint leaves.
Add the yellow lemon juice and the yellow lemon peel cut into strips.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix well so that the ingredients are incorporated evenly.
Serve and enjoy.
