Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of vinegar raspberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of agave honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of yellow lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of thyme
  • 2 spoonfuls of yogurt vegan
  • 1 Cup of caramelized walnut finely chopped
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 Cup of asparagus bleached
  • 1/2 Cup of orange cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry cut in half
  • 1 Cup of lettuce

    Preparation

    Blend all the ingredients of the dressing perfectly. Serve in a container and reserve.
    In a bowl, mix the spinach, the asparagus, the orange, the strawberries and the nuts.
    Serve the salad on a plate and accompany with dressing. Enjoy
