Ingredients

4 portions
  • 110 grams La Moderna® pasta, elbow # 3
  • 100 grams tuna in water
  • 1 avocado, little
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, sugarfree
  • 1 cucumber, little
  • 1 tomtato, little
  • 1 mango
  • 70 grams goat cheese
  • 1 pinch salt, and pepper
  • 3 leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Put in a pot to boil enough water to cook the pasta, once the water is already boiling put the pasta the modern, leave cooking for about 10 minutes.
Put in the blender the cup of natural yogurt without sugar, along with the avocado, the pinch of salt and pepper and liquefy, until making the sauce.
Remove from the heat the pot with the pasta, drain it in a sieve, add cold water to the pasta and drain again. Cut the tomato, cucumber, goat cheese and mango into small squares.
In a bowl put the tuna previously drained, add the pasta and the avocado sauce that was made in the blender.
Add to the pasta mixture with tuna the cucumber, the tomato previously cut into small squares, stir well.
Serve the salad on a plate, garnish with the diced mango, the goat cheese and a few leaves of mint or good grass.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the plate before serving with sliced ​​mango and toast around the salad.

TIPS

Goat cheese can be substituted for panela cheese or Oaxaca cheese, depending on the taste of each person.
