Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 garlic, tooth
  • 2 dried chile de árbol peppers, without seeds
  • 15 chipotle chilies, capon, deveined and seeded
  • 1/4 cups peanut, peeled and without salt
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth

Preparation

Heat the oil and fry the garlic, chili peppers and peanuts until they brown without burning.
Blend the above with the water and the spoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth until there are no large lumps.
To serve.

TIPS

Accompany with fish, shellfish and tortilla chips with mayonnaise.
