Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams green tomato
  • 4 serrano peppers, green
  • 60 grams white onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

Wash, disinfect and drain the tomatoes and chili.
