Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams green tomato
  • 4 serrano chiles, green
  • 60 grams white onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

Wash, disinfect and drain the tomatoes and chili.
Devena and chop the peppers.
Defoliate the coriander.
Chop the cloves of garlic, onion and cilantro.
Blend all the ingredients for 1 minute.

PRESENTATION

Present in a sauce boat.

TIPS

You can make the sauce in molcajete instead of blender.
