The Dressing Ranch is the prefect complement for a rich salad, once you cook this preparation you will not want to buy it again in the super. This recipe is much more delicious than any commercial dressing.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups avocado, bare
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, low fat
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter, (dry serum)
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons parsley, dry
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery, dry
  • 1 pinch dill, dry
  • 1 pinch McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mash the avocado (* you can use the whole avocado, if it is small), add the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the buttermilk and the vinegar; we mix Add the parsley, celery, dill, chives and garlic and mix again to obtain a smooth texture. A food processor or blender can also be used if a softer texture is desired.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.

TIPS

You can add a little more vinegar and buttermilk to soften our mixture if necessary.
