Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups sherry vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a jar that has a lid and that closes very well. With all the ingredients, cover and shake vigorously so that it mixes well.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Already to use it let it reach room temperature and stir before serving.
