Preparation
Wash the raspberries very well and split them into 2.
In a saucepan put the raspberries, the lemon juice and the sugar. Heat on low heat moving so it does not burn.
Bring to a boil and continue moving until all the sugar has melted. Keep boiling 30 minutes more.
When this list the jam should be slightly translucent.
Turn off the heat and continue moving every 10 minutes until it cools. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
