Preparation
In a pan add the tomatoes. After 5-10 minutes, add the cloves of garlic, chilies and onion (cut in half). Let them be cooked.
When everything is cooked, add the beer and at low heat let the beer reduce.
Remove from heat and let cool a little. In a molcajete make the sauce. Remember that you should scrape well with the edges of the molcajete so that you get the taste of the stone.
