Ingredients

30 portions
  • 10 dried guajillo chili peppers
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Place the chilies in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, dry and cut into slices.
Peel and chop the garlic finely.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic. Add the chili and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
In a food processor or blender, add the remaining olive oil and season with salt. Blend the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve the sauce on a plate with all the meals.
