Preparation
On a wooden board, peel the chayotes, cut in half and cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water or until softened. Drain and cool.
On a board, with the help of a spoon hollow out the chayotes and chop the filling.
In a bowl mix the pasta, tuna, stuffed chayote, onion, red pepper, celery, peas, corn kernels, yogurt Vitalínea® Greek without sweetening, mustard, garlic powder, season with salt and pepper.
With a spoon filled with the chayotes, decorate with baby corn and Chinese parsley.
