Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pine nuts for a minute or until browned, stirring constantly, remove them from the pan, let them drain on paper and set aside.
To cut the green beans, and to put them to cook in water during 5 minutes or until they are firm but crunchy. Let them drain in a colander.
Fry the onion in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes or until it is soft, add the garlic and cool for 30 seconds more. Put the green beans in the pan and heat for 3 minutes, mixing them with the onion and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pass the mixture of green beans in a dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir. Spread the pine nuts in golden brown and sprinkle the paprika. Serve hot
