  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams pinon nuts
  • 1 teaspoon peppers
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lemons


Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pine nuts for a minute or until golden brown without stopping moving, remove them from the pan, let them drain on paper and reserve.
Top the beans, and cook them in water for 5 minutes or until they are firm but crisp. Let them drain in a colander.
Fry the onion in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes or until soft, add the garlic and fry for another 30 seconds. Add the green beans to the pan and heat for 3 minutes, mixing them with the onion and garlic. Season to taste.
Transfer the bean mixture to a serving platter, drizzle with the lemon juice, and stir. Sprinkle the previously browned pine nuts and sprinkle with the paprika. Serve hot


When I don't have pine nuts, I use peeled pumpkin seeds or sliced almonds, it's just as good!

Pues siento que le falta algo más para sazonar, lo hice con las cantidades dichas,pero faltó que dijeran para qué cantidad de ejotes es. La tendré que hacer en otra ocasión para calcular mejor las cantidades. No me agradó mucho, buscaré mejorarles el sabor.
