Mashed Potato with Cauliflower

Give your favorite mashed potato a real 180 degree turn and add a flavor surprise. In addition to having a delicious garnish, you will add one more vegetable for your children to enjoy.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon cube
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 cups cauliflower, cooked

Preparation

In a pot, place the potatoes and cover them with cold water. Place on the fire and cook the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and mash them together with the cooked cauliflower.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Chatnillly® Unsalted Spring Margarine and add the mashed potatoes. Integrate well and add the milk little by little. Mix well and season with Knorr® Switzerland chicken broth until everything is well integrated.

PRESENTATION

Serve on the plate as a garnish, garnish with a parsley leaf.

excelente muy bueno y no sabe a coliflor ya que no les gusta a mis hijas por lo que necesitaron descubrir que tiene por lo sabroso
