Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cups Brie Extra Special® Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 pears
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 jar Extra Special® Vinaigrette Mango Dill

Preparation

In a bowl add the roquefort cheese, add the brie cheese, add the scallion, season with pepper. Refrigerate and reserve.
Cut the pears into quarters, hollow a little from the center, add the cheese mixture you reserved.
Decorate with the proscuitto and the arugula.
Serve with the Extra Special® vinaigrette mango dill.
