Ingredients

8 portions
  • 6 white potatoes, slice and cooked
  • 30 grams flour
  • 30 grams butter
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 250 grams Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 5 grams thyme
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 100 milligrams bacon, cut into slices and fried
  • 10 grams salt

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour to make a paste, then incorporate the milk and beat with the balloon so that lumps are not made. Season with spices and salt.
In a refractory, arrange a layer of potato, sauté and sprinkle some cheese. Repeat this step with the rest of the ingredients. the last layer must be of sauce.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until the sauce is grated.

No la he cocinado, pero es más fácil que le pongan las medidas en tazas y cucharadas y en el caso del tocino en rebanadas, porque al ponerle en medidas en la receta salen algunas muy mal. Se ve deliciosa, la voy a preparar.
