Ingredients

8 servings
  • 5 pieces of White potato without peel, cut into slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 4 pieces of poblano pepper
  • 1 Cup of corn yellow
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 3 cups of asadero cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a marinade, add the potatoes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper, place the potatoes in a tray and bake 20 minutes or until they are crispy or cooked. Remove from the oven and set aside.
    Heat a comal over high heat, grill the chiles and wrap in a plastic bag to sweat, clean the chiles, remove the veins and seeds. Cut the chiles in rajas and set aside.
    In a bowl, mix the poblano , the yellow corn, the sour cream and half the asadero cheese, season to your liking and set aside.
    In a glass container place the potatoes you baked and add a bit of the previous mixture, add the desired layers until the mold is complete, add a little grated cheese and gratin in the oven for 10 minutes or as long as necessary.
    Cut a piece serves and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut a slice and serve on a plate with salad.

    TIPS

    You can cook the potatoes in boiling water with salt instead of putting them in the oven.

    Hola! Yo lo hice el dia de hoy y quedo super rico, solo que tuve que dejar más tiempo las papas, por que 20 minutos es muy poco! Solo esa observación para quien vaya a hacerlas, toma mas tiempo!!
