Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and arrange a layer of potatoes, a bit of butter, a layer of Capistrano® Turkey Ham, and a layer of cheese, seasoning in between. Repeat the process until finished, making sure that the top layer is cheese.
