Preparation
Drain the rice and remove as much water as possible.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the rice stirring constantly until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, liquefy the tomato, onion, garlic and water. Strain and pour into the pot with the rice.
Leave to cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the tomato is seasoned.
Pour the water and cube of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, cook over high heat until it boils.
Lower the heat, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
After that time, add the vegetables and integrate carefully.
Cover the pot again and cook for 15 more minutes or until the water has evaporated completely.
Separate the granites with a fork and let stand outside the fire with the pot covered for 10 minutes, serve.
