  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk, for the bechamel sauce (1 can)

  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, for the bechamel sauce

Preparation

Cut the LALA® Plenia® Virginia Turkey Ham into small squares, reserve.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl mix the cooked rice with the Manchego cheese (or gouda), the Parmesan cheese, the onion, the pumpkin, the carrot, the asparagus, the pine nuts, the eggs, the yogurt and the Virginia Turkey Ham LALA® Plenia® ; season with salt and pepper and integrate.
With a spoon, spoon the mixture into a previously greased pie pan. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes, or until firm. Chill.
For the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the flour and mix. Pour in the milk little by little, continuing to move so that no lumps form. Once this is done, add the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Continue mixing for 5 minutes until thick.
Finally, in an extended plate, serve the sauce to create a mirror in the bottom, serve a slice of pie on top and add a little more sauce to bathe the slice. Add finely chopped parsley to decorate and voila.

PRESENTATION

Pour in a tablespoon of bechamel sauce and place a slice of rice pie with vegetables.

TIPS

It is very important that when unmolding the pie, you let it cool very well, this will prevent it from breaking and you will be able to avoid accidents, it is also a way to have perfect slices.
