Rice with milk in the Arequipa style, I love preparing rice with milk, it is very rich and in all the meals it is perfect as the main dessert.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 100 grams grated sweet coconut

Preparation

Wash the rice well and bring it to boil along with the evaporated milk, a cinnamon stick, cloves and water the amount needed to stir until most of the liquid has been consumed.
Remove cinnamon and cloves.
Add condensed milk and raisins.
When cooked, toss the coconut, stir, serve and decorate with ground cinnamon.

TIPS

Increase or decrease milk according to taste.

Pesima receta. Se quemo todo y el arroz quedo duro tuve que echarle un monton de agua para que no se me arruinara todo el platillo. Deberian explicar bien las cantidades y poner a hervir en agua el arroz antes de echarle las leches
