This recipe is a delicious creation of rice with chicken in a pressure cooker. Ideal for main course at mealtime in your home. Your whole family will love it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, raw
  • 1 teaspoon vegetal oil
  • 1 white onion, medium, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper, powdered
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi chicken broth, dissolved in 2 cups of warm water
  • 1 can red tomato, chopped, undrained
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, without bones and without skin, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 cup vetch, Peas, peas, frozen, thawed
  • 1/4 cups green olive, stuffed with peppers, chopped

Preparation

Put the rice and oil in a pressure cooker, stir until the rice is well mixed with the oil.
Add the onion, garlic, pepper, chili powder, broth and chopped tomatoes; move to combine.
Place the chicken strips evenly in the pot.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Add the peas and olives 15 minutes before serving.
