Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 3 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 poblano pepper, Roasted, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red snapper filet, in pictures
  • 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 250 grams white clam
  • 1 cup pea
  • 1 cup green bean

Preparation

In a pan put the olive oil, chopped garlic and half onion until golden brown.
In that same pan, cook the shrimp and the fish.
Blend 1 clove of garlic, the other half of the onion, 2 poblano peppers, 3 ½ cups of water and a green pepper.
Fry the puree in the oil. Add the rice, poblano chile slices and vegetables. Add the envelope of Knorr® MiArroz® Seasoning and leave 15 minutes on low heat.
Uncover the pan and arrange the clams, shrimp, fish and pepper slices.
Cover the paella pan with aluminum foil and leave on low heat. Put more broth as needed.
Remove and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
