Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cow's milk; 1 cup flour; 2 eggs; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1/2 teaspoons salt; 4 cups spinach; 1/4 cups olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 kilos ricotta cheese; 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1/4 cups parsley, chopped; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste

In a blender, mix the milk, flour, eggs, oil, and salt. In a small greased skillet with a bit of butter, pour some of the crepe mixture until it covers the skillet with a thin layer. Let them brown on one side and quickly flip them over.
