"Rice" from Cauliflower to Cilantro and Lemon

This dish is the best substitute for rice, since in addition to many benefits to the body it helps us to have a lower intake of carbohydrates so that taking care of yourself is not a pretext for not eating delicious.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 clove Mexican pepperleaf
  • 1/4 onions
  • 10 grams fresh coriander
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation

Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Pass the florets through the food processor to which they are ground.
In a pan sancoha the onion and garlic chopped with 1 teaspoon of oil.
Add the cauliflower, the juice of 1 lemon and the chopped cilantro. You can also pass the coriander through the processor to make it look better.
Cook for 8 minutes without stopping to move; until the cauliflower is cooked.
