Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Pass the florets through the food processor to which they are ground.
In a pan sancoha the onion and garlic chopped with 1 teaspoon of oil.
Add the cauliflower, the juice of 1 lemon and the chopped cilantro. You can also pass the coriander through the processor to make it look better.
Cook for 8 minutes without stopping to move; until the cauliflower is cooked.
