Delicious mushrooms filled with cream cheese, perfect to start a delicious meal or when you receive unexpected visits. It is a very simple dish to prepare, fast and very efficient, so you will not have to spend a lot.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 32 mushrooms, big
  • 1 stick butter
  • ground garlic, powder to taste
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 slice Ham, thick diced
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

The mushrooms are washed and removed the tail
A refractory is placed to bake pre-greased butter
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon , onion and garlic powder in the butter.
Add the finely chopped ham and tails and the cream cheese.
Place the stuffing in the mushrooms and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
