6 portions
  • 3 bunches spinach, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • oils

Grease individual molds for microwave or pie mold or rectangular mold. Reservation.
Place the spinach in a plastic bag, close tightly and sew in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the oven and drain them.
Apart liquefy evaporated milk with eggs, cheese, flour and salt pepper.
Add the spinach in an enveloping form. Pour some of this mixture over the molds, or in a round or rectangular pie mold.
Cover with self-adhering paper and make small holes to allow the steam to escape: bake in the microwave for 10 minutes or until a stick is inserted, it comes out clean.

Take it out, unmold it and offer it cold or hot. You can garnish with a spoonful of cream on the top, accompany it with a few slices of toast and a good coffee.

You can make them individual so you organize the portions better, do not forget to grease the molds, although if they are a nice white molds you can serve them right there. You can use broccoli instead of spinach, use it well chopped and go through the same procedure as the spinach in the plastic bag in the micro.

Apenas lo preparé y queda rico pero predomina mucho el huevo. Creo que podría quedar bien si guisamos las espinacas un poco con cebolla al sartén y quizás se pueda sustituir uno o dos huevos por algún queso rayado o parmesano .
