Presentation

Take it out, unmold it, and serve it cold or hot. You can garnish with a tablespoon of cream on top, accompany it with some slices of toasted bread and a good coffee.

Tips

You can make individual portions to better organize servings; don't forget to grease the molds, although if you have nice white molds, you can serve it right in them. You can use broccoli instead of spinach; just chop it well and follow the same procedure as the spinach in the plastic bag in the microwave.
