Delicious recipe of rice with meat, chicken, shrimp, pumpkin, carrot and tampico. An oriental recipe with a lot of flavor that you can now prepare at home in a fast and simple way. Do not wait any longer and try it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of White rice
  • 3 pieces of carrot small cube games
  • 2 pieces of pumpkin small cube games
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 grams of meat to roast, chopped into small pieces
  • 200 grams of chicken breast chopped into small pieces
  • 200 grams of shrimp chopped into small pieces
  • 1/3 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilo of surimi finely chopped, for the tampico
  • 1/2 bar of cream cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces of cambric onion finely chopped (includes stems)
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    For the rice: Fry the rice in the oil, when it is a little golden add the 4 cups of water. Wait until it boils, cover and lower the heat.
    Wait until the water is completely consumed, taking care not to stick the rice and turn off.
    In a pan fry the chicken first with a little salt, reserve. In the same pan fry the meat with little salt, reserve. Finally fry the shrimp with very little salt and reserve.
    Add the onion and sauté for a moment.
    Then add the carrot and a minute later add the pumpkin.
    Incorporate all the meats, taking care that the vegetables do not cook a lot, so that it will be crispy. Add the rice and mix, pour the soy sauce and add. Turn off as soon as all the rice has the color of the sauce.
    Tampico: With a fork or with fingers finely shred the surimi.
    In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion and chamomile. Rectify salt and add if necessary.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves a bed of rice and on top of the tampico.

    TIPS

    If you want a touch of spice you can add finely chopped serrano chile to the tampico.
