Preparation
Heat the asparagus, onion, potatoes, celery and water on high heat, wait until it reaches a boil and change to a simmer, cook until the vegetables are tender and add the butter.
Beat the flour and milk, add the mixture to a pot stirring recurrently.
Raise the heat to medium-high and continue stirring until the soup has a thick consistency.
Season with lemon zest, salt, pepper.
