Preparation
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and peppers there until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, cumin and oregano and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the broth, beans and chili until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the fire.
Blend half of the soup and return to the pot. Reheat and serve.
