Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 jet olive oil
  • 1 stick onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stick red pepper, seedless and chopped
  • 2 drizzle garlic, chopped
  • 1 jet cumin, powdered
  • 1 jet oregano, powdered
  • 4 glasses chicken soup
  • 2 jets chipotle chili, chopped
  • 1/2 glasses tomtato, chopped fresh
  • 1 jet fresh coriander, chopped fresh
  • 1/2 glasses cream
  • 1/4 jets salt
  • to taste totopo Milpa Real
  • 1 cup Pinto beans, previously cooked

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and peppers there until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes.
Add the garlic, cumin and oregano and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the broth, beans and chili until it starts to boil. Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the fire.
Blend half of the soup and return to the pot. Reheat and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the soup with a spoonful of cream and a little cilantro, fresh tomato and tortilla chips.
