  • 1 leek, including the green
  • 700 grams broccoli
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the pore very well, dry it and cut it into pieces. The broccoli cut it into pieces including the stem. In a saucepan over medium heat heat the oil, add the pore and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli and sauté 2 more minutes. Put the broth and bring to a boil, partially cover the pan and cook for 15 or 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft when chopping them with a sharp knife.
Remove from the heat and let cool a bit and then beat in a blender or food processor to make a smooth mixture and put back in the saucepan. Reheat over medium heat and add salt and pepper.
Serve in bowls and garnish with a little yogurt and green onions. Serve immediately.
