Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo flank steak
  • 2.5 liters Water
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 branches celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bouquet fresh coriander
  • 1 bunch aromatic herb
  • pinches salt
  • pinches black pepper

Preparation

Place the water, meat and vegetables, scented herbs, salt and pepper in the Express® Pressure Cooker, close the Express® Pressure Cooker and apply the pressure regulator, place it on the stove with high flame, for 25 minutes. about minutes or until constant steam comes out; lower the flame to medium and cook for 10 minutes if it is of vegetables, 20 minutes if it is chicken and 30 minutes if it is meat.

If you want to get a defatted broth, let the broth cool in the refrigerator overnight, and then remove the fat from the surface. For the vegetable broth, skip the scraps of meat.

Pues yo al caldito de res le hecho no solo apio si no también calabacitas,papas, zanahoria,chayote,elote, repollo cilantro y al último ya que la carne esté cocida

Así no es. Esta mal no lleva apio y las verduras no se ponen al mismo tiempo. 🤦🏻‍♀️
