This recipe is typical of my state Sonora Mexico, it reminds me when I was little and my mother prepared it, I loved eating it in the company of all my sisters.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 potatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 Green Chiles
  • 2 small boxes mashed tomatoes
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 kilos fresh cheese
  • Water, the needed
  • oils
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the onion and tomato into small squares, put it to sauté with oil in a pot.
Picas the potatoes in medium squares and add them to the pot where you fry the tomato with the onion and the doras a little bit not much.
Then add the garlic salt puree and pepper.
Since you mixed everything you add the water as necessary for a broth.
You put tatemar the green chiles already tatemados clean them very well and cut it into long strips and add it to the broth when the potatoes are already cooked and you add the salt.
As soon as you are ready and off you add the cheese diced.

PRESENTATION

You accompany it with warm tortillas and chiltepin and lemon.

TIPS

You can add 1 cube of chicken broth.
