Preparation
Cook the previously hydrated chickpea in a pot with the water for 35 minutes or until it becomes soft. Drain. Chill and reserve.
In a saucepan, heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, carrot, oregano and chili flake; mix and cook until colors intensify.
Add the chickpea, spinach, parsley and hot water. Incorporate the cube of Knorr® 100% Natural Chicken Broth and mix until dissolved. Boil and remove from heat.
