Cream of Mushrooms with Almonds

Start the meal with a warm cream of mushrooms, almonds and cilantro. It is very healthy and delicious for your daily menu, as well as having an intense almond flavor that is perfect for mushrooms.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup almond, Toast, reserve to decorate
  • 4 cups Acid cream LALA®, at room temperature
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups Manchego Cheese LALA®, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a small pot over medium heat, add the butter and cook the onion until transparent.
Add the garlic, mushrooms, almonds and cook for 10 minutes until all the juice is released. Let cool, add the LALA® Acid Cream and the chicken broth.
Blend the preparation perfectly well, go through a sieve to avoid lumps and return to the pot. Cook until it boils, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Serve the cream and add a bit of mushrooms, almonds and Manchego LALA® cheese so that it melts with the cream.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cream in a bowl and add a few pieces of panela and almond cheese.
