Preparation
Heat a small pot over medium heat, add the butter and cook the onion until transparent.
Add the garlic, mushrooms, almonds and cook for 10 minutes until all the juice is released. Let cool, add the LALA® Acid Cream and the chicken broth.
Blend the preparation perfectly well, go through a sieve to avoid lumps and return to the pot. Cook until it boils, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Serve the cream and add a bit of mushrooms, almonds and Manchego LALA® cheese so that it melts with the cream.
