Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 1/2 onions, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 4 cups oyster mushrooms, sliced; 1 cup almonds, toasted, reserved for decoration; 4 cups Lala® sour cream, at room temperature; 2 cups chicken broth; 1 pinch nutmeg; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1/4 cups Lala® manchego cheese, for decoration

Heat a small pot over medium heat, add the butter, and cook the onion until it becomes transparent. Add the garlic, mushrooms, and almonds, and cook for 10 minutes until they release all their juice. Let it cool, add LALA® Sour Cream and chicken broth.
