Cream of Pumpkin Flower with Chihuahua Cheese

This delicious cream of pumpkin flower with a touch of rich chihuahua cheese is ideal to start the time of the meal. Prepare it this afternoon and allow your family with this easy and surprising recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 pieces of squash blossom clean bunches
  • 2 cups of Lala Light® milk
  • 250 milliliters of Half Cream Lala®
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Chihuahua Lala® cheese in cubes, to accompany
  • 4 pieces of squash blossom flowers to decorate
  • 4 spoonfuls of whole kernel corn to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the onion until transparent.
    Add the garlic and pumpkin flower and cook 5 minutes.
    Blend the previous preparation with the 2 cups of Lala Light® milk and the 250 ml Lala® half cream.
    Return the cream to the heat and let it boil. Cook over low heat 10 minutes and season.
    Serve the cream and decorate with cubes of Chihuahua Lala® cheese, pumpkin flower and corn kernels.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with pumpkin flower, corn kernels and cheese.

    TIPS

    You can add the corn grains in the sautéed.
