Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter; 2 green onions, sliced; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 2 potatoes, cooked and diced; 3 packages lettuce, mini French Eva® (150 g each); 4 cups cow's milk; 1/2 cups whipping cream; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 2 pinches nutmeg; 1 cup croutons, for garnish

In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter and cook the green onions until soft. Add the garlic and potatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Add the lettuce leaves and cook for 5 minutes.
