Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups mushroom
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 pinch Great Value® salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 branch parsley, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups crouton, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot heat the butter over medium heat, add the onion and celery, cook until transparent.
Add the mushrooms and let cook for 3 minutes, add chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes, cool and reserve.
In a blender add the preparation and add the cream, blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the preparation into a saucepan, add the nutmeg to the sherry and let it cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot add croutons and decorate with parsley.
