Ingredients

  • 500 grams of corn with Rajas "La Huerta"
  • 4 cups of milk 2%
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped
  • 50 grams of pork rind
  • 120 grams of Panela cheese in cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of chicken consommé
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Defrost the Elote with Rajas "La Huerta" in the microwave.
    Blend the corn with rajas, milk and chicharrón until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
