A creamy but light soup of celery, delicious as a rich meal. It is a very tasty and nutritious preparation, perfect for the little ones in the house.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 25 grams butter
  • 12 stems celery, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Melt the butter and fry the celery.
Blend half of the celery with water.
Put the flour with the chopped celery in the fire moving constantly, until the flour is cooked.
Add ground celery, milk and powdered consommé. Let it boil.
Before serving add the cream and season with salt and pepper if necessary.

PRESENTATION

In a soup dish you can garnish with celery leaves or croutons of bread.

TIPS

To mix use balloon beater, will allow the ingredients to be integrated better.
