Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 branch celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cups pea
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup Pistaches Extra Special®
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Camembert cheese
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Pistaches Extra Special®, chopped to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan heat two tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add the onion, celery, peas and cook for 3 minutes. Pour the chicken broth and cook until the first boil, let cool.
Pour the previous preparation in the blender add the pistachios, and the cream to beat, and the camembert cheese. Blend until you get a smooth and smooth cream.
In a saucepan over low heat add the two tablespoons of butter and pour the cooking cream for 3 minutes, season, add the white wine and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped pistachios.
