This recipe for cucumber and avocado is refreshing and has a delicious creamy texture. It is a perfect recipe for those who are trying to consume few carbohydrates since it only has 8 grams of carbohydrate per serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 kilo of cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 2 avocados ripe, peeled and boneless
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of agave honey
  • 1 teaspoonful of sea ​​salt
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro chopped

    Preparation

    Put 1 cup of water in the blender and add the cucumbers, avocado, lemon juice, agave honey, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and cayenne pepper. Blend until you have a smooth cream (you can add more water if it is very thick).
    Taste and add the necessary salt and lemon. Serve cold or at the time.
    Insert the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    PRESENTATION

    Before serving add the mint and chopped coriander.
