Preparation
Cut red tomatoes, sweet pepper, onion and garlic in 4 parts, blend and reserve.
Cook the chicken breast cubes in 3 liters of water (approximately). At the first boil of the chicken with water, remove the foam that rises so that you have a clean broth.
Once the broth is clean, add the 2 cubes of consommé, the oregano and the mixture that you liquefied from the tomatoes, sweet pepper, onion and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let cook for 35 minutes, after that time, add the soup of snails of La Moderna and cook for 10 minutes more approximately and remove from heat.
