Ingredients

4 portions
  • 330 grams fettuccine, La Moderna®
  • 45 grams tuna bottarga
  • 210 grams cherry tomato
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Boil the pasta in a casserole with plenty of water and salt, until it is al dente.
Peel the garlic and brown on low heat with 4 tablespoons of oil; Remove the garlic, Pour a spoonful of water from the cooking of the pasta into the pan.
