Preparation
Cut the zucchini into medium cubes with everything and peel.
Sauté all ingredients over high heat in a medium saucepan with oil or butter, except chicken broth. Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
Add the broth and allow it to boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the fire and let report for a few minutes.
Pour the soup in the blender, cover with a rag, press and blend the soup.
Return to the pot and boil for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
