Preparation
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and onion until it is smooth.
Add the poblano slices, mushrooms and corn kernels, cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until the mushrooms are soft.
Pour the water and the cubes of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, let it boil.
When boiling, lower the heat and let cook 5 to 8 minutes more.
