This Puebla soup is exquisite with its delicious taste of chicken and vegetables you can captivate family and friends. It is complemented with mushrooms and corn grains that make it even richer.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 poblano peppers, roasted, deveined without seeds
  • 2 cups mushroom, clean and sliced
  • 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, Cooked
  • 2 liters Water
  • 3 cubes Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes

Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and onion until it is smooth.
Add the poblano slices, mushrooms and corn kernels, cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until the mushrooms are soft.
Pour the water and the cubes of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, let it boil.
When boiling, lower the heat and let cook 5 to 8 minutes more.
Serve and accompany with cubed cheese cubes.

TIPS

You can add a little pumpkin flower.
