Boil the chicken in water with oregano, garlic, onion, and salt to taste; once cooked, set aside, let cool, and shred. Strain the broth and reserve. The chopped onion is sautéed in corn oil, then the tomato and bell pepper are added and seasoned well. Add the broth and half of the lime slices and let it boil for 10 minutes.
