Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter, Light
  • 3 tablespoons chives, fresh, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sugar substitute, granulated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups pea
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Blend yogurt, chives, butter, sugar and salt (reserve this mixture).
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion until soft.
Put the garlic in oil until golden, then add the peas, water and chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat until everything is tender.
Put the mixture in a blender until it is liquid.

PRESENTATION

Add the scallion cream on top of the soup to give it a good presentation.
