Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans Soup, Lentil Herdez®
  • 200 grams pending
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • croutons, Garlic flavor to taste

Preparation

You fry the onion and chopped garlic in olive oil until it is transparent.
You add the diced ham in squares so that it is browned a little bit.
In an empty pot the contents of the cans of lentil soup HERDEZ and the laurel leaf and you put to boil the soup.
When it starts to boil, add the onion, garlic and ham and add salt and pepper to taste.
Lower the heat and boil for about 10 minutes and cover the pot.
Let the soup rest for 15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in bowls with croutons flavored with garlic or sliced ​​French bread.
