For this recipe you will need:
• ½ liter of milk
• 50 grams of butter
• 50 grams of flour
• Salt
• White pepper
• nutmeg

Heat the milk

While the milk is heating, melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add the flour, stir with a wooden spoon mixing well and trying to dissolve the possible lumps that appear

Put the pan on low heat and incorporate the hot milk stirring with the wooden spoon.

Bring to a boil while stirring until a smooth and creamy sauce is obtained. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well and remove from heat.
