For you who love mixology and are learning, here’s a tip on how to rim a glass or a cup to make your cocktail look better and add flavor. You can do this with different ingredients like liquid chamoy and chili powder, or lemon and sugar for sweet cocktails.

Step by Step

For this tip, you will need:

In a container or small plate with a high enough edge to fit the rim of the glass, squeeze the lemon.

In another container of the same size, place the salt.
Paso 3

Run the rim of the glass through the lemon juice until it's fully soaked, turning it over the plate.

Next, dip the rim into the salt until it's fully covered, turning it over the plate.

Serve the cocktail trying not to touch the rim of the glass to avoid ruining the rim.
